Product Description
A copper tube condenser is a heat exchanger used in various applications, most commonly in refrigeration and air conditioning systems. The condenser plays a crucial role in the refrigeration cycle by removing heat from the refrigerant gas, causing it to condense into a liquid state.
Material
Copper is often chosen for condenser tubes due to its excellent thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and malleability. These properties make copper tubes effective for transferring heat and resistant to the harsh conditions encountered in refrigeration systems.
Tube Design
Copper tubes in our condenser are typically coiled or arranged in a serpentine pattern to maximize the surface area available for heat exchange. This design facilitates efficient heat transfer between the hot refrigerant gas and the surrounding air or water.
Fins

Copper Condenser Tubes are available with plain portion at both ends, as per customer specification.
Copper Condenser Tubes will be supplied, duly Pneumatic Pressure Tested or Hydro Tested, after finning.
Copper Condenser Tubes will be supplied in "As Finned Temper".
Copper Condenser Tubes will be supplied duly Stress Relieved on in-house Electric Conveyor Belt Furnace, as per SB-359, on customer specific requirement.
We shall provide MTC alongwith our supply documents.

| Inclined type: | Inclinedly place the two tube banks with the horizontal plane in 60°dip angle |
| Vertical type: | The tube banks are vertically placed on both sides of the structure. It is often used by the driving blower of the natural gas engine. |
