1. Q: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
A: We are a factory specializing in the production of aluminum radiators and cooling systems. With over 30 years of experience, we integrate R&D, manufacturing, and sales under one roof.
2. Q: Where is your factory located? Can I visit?
A: Our factory is located in Yangzhou, China. You can fly to Shanghai, and we will arrange a private car to pick you up, or you can take a flight directly to Yangzhou Taizhou Airport. We warmly welcome friends from all over the world to visit us.
3. Q: Do you provide samples?
A: Yes, we support sample production. If we have stock, we can ship directly. If customization is required, we will develop molds before production.
4. Q: Can you print our brand on the products?
A: Yes, we can customize with your logo. Please provide us with a logo authorization letter before printing.
5. Q: What are your main markets?
A: Our products are exported worldwide, especially to Europe, the Middle East, South America, North America, and Southeast Asia.
6. Q: What is your payment term?
A: Normally T/T, 30% deposit in advance, and the balance before delivery.
7. Q: Can you help with shipping?
A: Yes. We can ship through your forwarder or arrange shipping with our trusted logistics partners.
8. Q: How about your quality control system?
A: Quality is our priority. We conduct 100% testing:
Raw material inspection
Semi-finished product testing
Final product inspection before delivery
9. Q: Can you design our packaging and support marketing?
A: Yes, we have a professional design team that can create customized packaging and provide support for your marketing planning.
10. Q: How about your delivery time?
A: Normally, 30–60 days after receiving your deposit, depending on the order quantity and customization.
