Advanced Manufacturing Our high-output production welding units are equipped with new robots and advanced welding technology. We also have equipment like water jets, laser cutting, and CNC brakes.

Every part of the radiator core is important, especially the quality of the joints. The tube slots must be stamped with a maximum gap of 0.002 inches to ensure precise tube fit. While other companies use single-side cladding material, Yangzhou Zuoer™ uses double-side cladding for all joints. This provides a fillet joint on both sides, doubling the joint strength. You cannot make a better or stronger radiator core than this. Using 0.080 double-side cladding material and extruded side channels provides a core strong enough to withstand over a million pressure cycles without tube-to-header joint failure.
